I recently purchased a GLE SUV at Moy Auto Services and I very happy with the level of customer services from the team. I have to say the whole experience was effortless from start to finish. Full transparency, regular communication both before, during and after sales car has been first class. I did not view my car in person or test drive it but I was very confident in my purchases based on the communication received from Maurice. My car came over via Ferry and wow it did not disappoint me. I strongly recommend Moy Auto Services and as and when the time comes to purchase another car, they will be go to company. I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz C Class from Dan and Mark at Moy Auto, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As a buyer from the Republic of Ireland, I purchased the car in NI and paid the VRT when importing; all in, much better value than buying the equivalent car in the Republic. Even though I didn't see the car in person before purchase, I felt confident thanks to the pre-inspection test I arranged. Dan kept me well updated throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly.

On the day of purchase and collection, Mark was extremely helpful, making the entire experience stress-free. I'm particularly pleased with the 6-month warranty that comes directly from Moy Auto, rather than a third party. These warranties are often much more reliable, giving me extra peace of mind.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Moy Auto, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a car, even from a distance!

Great experience. Made it easy to fly over and view the car, picked up from the airport, taxis arranged for return, and car delivered to the mainland to my door. Easy as pie. For anyone not sure about buying a car from these guys or the fact they are in Northern Ireland, don't let that bother you. They are very experienced in helping you with your purchase. Thanks Dan
